SDI CERTIFICATION COURSE - LEVEL I
The two-day professional certification course qualifies and prepares you to administer the SDI. Learn the core concepts of Relationship Awareness and practice effective techniques for facilitating the SDI with others. You will discover how the SDI and Relationship Awareness Theory connect and enhance results in your own area of application. This course will give you the resources and confidence to start working with the SDI the very next day.

Completion of this course is the primary method of becoming a SDI Certified Facilitator. Only after becoming Certified can you purchase and use the SDI and other Relationship Awareness tools. This requirement helps ensure the complete, accurate, and ethical use of the theory.

SDI CERTIFICATION COURSE - LEVEL II
This two-day certification course is designed for those who want to move to the next level of Relationship Awareness. Building upon the foundation of Certification Level I, this course explores the SDIÕs application in conflict management, performance coaching, comparative models, and relationship-based 360-Degree feedback.

You will also experience and become qualified to use the SDI Feedback Edition and the SDI Expectations Edition. These supplemental inventories truly complete the relationship puzzle. Feedback tools encourage conversations about a need or desire to change perceptions and/or behaviours. Expectations tools clarify relationship expectations in personal and professional situations. Comparing the results of these inventories with results from the SDI can reveal opportunities to be more effective and have a higher level of satisfaction in a situation or relationship.

SDI Certification is an advanced application of Relationship Awareness tools and you will get more out of it with some real-world experience under your belt. Therefore, we encourage you to apply what you've learned in Qualification and facilitate the SDI a few times in a group or coaching environment before attending this course.
